Incomplete linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy preference relations and their application to multi-criteria decision making

Abstract With the development of social and economic research, judgements that people deal with are full fuzziness vagueness. It is convenient to use linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers offer qualitative uncertain information. Consequently, in this paper, we mainly study preference relations (Lq-ROFPRs) apply them a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. The multiplicative consistency Lq-ROFPRs first introduced, then consistency-based model established derive normalized priority weight vector. concept acceptably further defined, an optimization formulated repair unacceptably consistent Lq-ROFPR. To cope incomplete Lq-ROFPR, another programming built ascertain missing values. weights criteria determined by constructing possibility degree matrix. Subsequently, MCDM problem considered step-by-step algorithm put forward. Finally, proposed method applied three examples, advantages new approach also demonstrated.
